patients - both medical card and private patients.
How to register as a new patient
When you come to the surgery for the first time, we will register your details. Any paper work in relation to
obtaining your previous medical files can be filled in at this time. If you are a medical card patient the forms
required to change your GMS card to Dr Ní Ghairbhí can also be completed. Should you have any
questions about this process we are happy to discuss it in more detail with you.
